The first of these photos are from fall and winter, 2010. By May, 2011 Elf is getting the knack of herding her Jolly Ball around. In this little slide show she's chased it across the yard and decides to "put in in the barn" -- a space between the old bathtub planter and the extension ladder behind it, which discourages her from climbing up into the planter.
